Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor shipment activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses for shipment arrangements.
Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in compliance with international trade regulations.
Review and interpret Letters of Credit issued by banks to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Prepare and submit required documents (e.g., B/L, invoices, certificates) to banks for LC negotiation and payment.
Resolve discrepancies related to LC documentation with financial institutions.
Ensure adherence to customs regulations and international trade laws.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address trade compliance requirements.
Act as a liaison between suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and customers to ensure seamless execution of the supply chain.
Address and resolve any logistical or documentation issues that arise.
Track shipments and update stakeholders on status and estimated delivery timelines.
