Logistics CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Freight Invoice Verification: Verify freight invoices against quotes and duties to ensure accuracy and compliance.•Master File Updates: Update the master file for freight and duty payments, as well as other necessary details.•Invoice Consolidation: Consolidate invoices, HS Code summaries, DA & CO applications, and other relevant documents with accurate and concise details.•Shipments and Clearances: Book shipments through various vendors at the best possible rates, update overseas shipment files, and coordinate clearance and delivery schedules.•Delivery Order Collection: Collect delivery orders from shipping lines and freight forwarding companies on time.•Certificate Collection: Collect certificates from the Chamber of Commerce.•Store Support: Provide support to the stores with stationary and IT requirements.•Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Club Apparel team for customer data, the Marketing team for graphic designs, and other departments as required.•Stock Variance Reports: Check and prepare stock variance reports as requested.•Trade License Follow-up: Follow up with the legal department for trade license requirements.•Purchase Reports: Collect daily purchase reports from the stores.•Master Compilation: Collect the master from the data entry team and compile various reports as required.•Accounts and Finance Coordination: Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance department for voucher payments of principals.•Stock Documents: Handover GCC-related stock documents to the logistics department.•Inventory Control: Coordinate with the Inventory Control department for stock-related issues.•MIS Reports: Prepare MIS reports as required by the team.•Store Visit Reports: Prepare store visit reports and submit them on a regular basis to superiors.
