We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Import Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will:

Coordinate import processes from origin to destination.
Customs Clearance Process
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
Ensure compliance with all import regulations and customs requirements.
Track shipments and update customer.
Resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
Assist the management and the team with any assigned special projects and provide back up to the team when required.
