Job Description

  • Prepare the required documents and submit them to the general manager to obtain his signature on the necessary quotations and proforma invoices.
  • Serve as the focal point between the store and the export department for our daily dispatches and deliveries.
  • Check the coding and costing system whenever required to verify and maintain the cost margin.
  • Coordinate with local, export, and UCC salespeople to support them in preparing and organizing their orders and transactions.
  • Maintain a list of all pending orders to ensure all materials are available for proceeding with the sales orders.
