Our client is a�Drilling solutions company.�They are now looking for a�Logistics Coordinator�to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with international & local suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Proactively identify and address potential logistical issues, such as delays or supply chain disruptions, and implement effective solutions.
Forecast material requirements based on schedules and maintain an optimal inventory level to meet project demands.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping documents, and logistics activities to facilitate smooth operations and reporting.
Monitor logistics expenses, negotiate transportation rates, and identify opportunities for cost savings in the supply chain.
Coordinate with the warehouse on the shipment/delivery of ordered items.
Responsible for making shipment arrangements for inbound and outbound.
Handle shipment clearances.
Develop reports on cargo movements and various operational logistics issues.
Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit.
Any other duties as and when assigned.
