Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics & shipping industry
Having UAE experience is an added advantage
Arabic nationality is preferred
Communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
Provides periodically updated reports on the status of the shipments to the management
Possess strong knowledge about shipping and logistics
Knowledgeable in Dubai trade procedures and Mirsal 2 system�
Prepare all the required documents related to the shipment & customs.
Monitoring and evaluating the shipment invoices and making insurance requests for the shipments.
Securing the resolution of all shipments and inventory-related issues.
Preserving timeliness and productivity while monitoring shipments and costs.
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great accuracy and absolutely detail oriented
Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
