Job Description

  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
  • Deals with shipping companies for import & export documentation & freight negotiations
  • Monitor shipment from shipping point until destination
  • Have knowledge in Dubai Customs procedures and possess Professional skill level in using Dubai Trade/ E-Mirsal 2 system.
  • Prepares shipping instructions, plan the loading schedule and coordinate with the client and shipping line
  • Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
  • Provides regular updated reports on the status of the shipments to the management & clients
