Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

As our Logistics & Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for 3 major section of the company, Logistics, Warehouse and Procurement Communication with the Chinese factory. Your main job role will be communicating with our factories in China for the material requirement of the UAE factory, making sure that UAE factory has sufficient amount of materials, materials required are ordered and delivered on time.Responsibilities?Ensure that proper system for logistics, shipping schedule, custom clearance, payments and suppliers are enforced for a smooth supply chain and logistics management?Record the companys shipment and logistics information, analyzing and summarizing abnormal situations, and providing feedback on solutions to direct leaders;?Logistics delivery and logistics follow-up, monitoring the delivery order logistics situation, timely feedback, processing and follow-up of orders with abnormal logistics, control the delivery and arrival time of products, and keep track of warehouse inventory to ensure timely supply of products and give full play to turnover efficiency;?Track the cooperation dynamics with suppliers and provide relevant information according to the companys customer needs, and actively take effective measures to approve, monitor, report and reduce overseas customs clearance and distribution costs;?Goods tracking, regular reconciliation of logistics statements, to ensure that the accounts are clear and accurate, so that financial can make payments to the logistics business.?Application for payment;?Material purchase plan declaration and implementation;?Ensure product quality, control material wastage and optimize warehouse inventory and storage system?Ensure that raw materials, finished products and machine/equipment accessories and tools are stored properly.?Control the flow of material transfer from one section to another to ensure minimal wastage and reports are accurate.?Order materials requirement of the UAE factory, connect with the China factories for material requirement?Tracking the delivery progress, ensure delivery time, check product quality, timely coordination to solve supply and quality problems, analysis of problems, and follow up the status;?Strengthen communication and cooperation with R&D, technology, sales and other departments to meet various purchasing requirements;?Manage the documents related to the purchasing process: contracts, arrival lists, etc.?Establish the supplier information database and check the payment with the supplier on a regular basis;?Create daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports including material movement, materials used, wastage, finished products and stocks inventory;?Complete temporary work arrangement from superiors.
