Job Description

A reputable multinational company with headquarters in Dubai is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator to execute international transportation.

  • Assigns logistics providers to provide transport services to deliver goods from various locations across the globe
  • Compiles carrier and route assignments.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments on daily basis.
  • Follows up with logistics providers, relevant departments for timely delivery of goods
  • Applies for transport insurance, obtains necessary permits, certificates and other documents from relevant authorities if required for any transportation
  • Tracks transportation billing and assures timely payment of transportation bills by the accounting department
  • Provides regular operational reporting on logistics to relevant departments and to management
