Logistics AssistantJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Assist in coordinating logistics activities, including transportation and delivery schedules.•Track and monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.•Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other paperwork as needed.•Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve logistics issues.•Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.•Assist in maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.•Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.•Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.•Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods.•Support logistics team members in daily operations and special projects as assigned.Requirements:•High school diploma or equivalent.•Proven experience as a logistics assistant or in a similar role.•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.•Attention to detail and accuracy in handling logistics documentation.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
