Logistics AssistantJob Location : DubaiRequirements :?Has experience and knowledge in Logistics Import & Export, Customs and FTA?Able to handle and coordinate Incoming and outgoing shipments.?Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistics pathways.?Coordinate with warehouse, forwarder, and supply chain teams.?Maintain a regular daily and weekly follow up with inbound and outbound shipments to avoid unnecessary issues and error.?Execute logistics plan to move the goods and products to reach destination on schedule.?Review freight rates and other transportation cost to keep working on a low cost.?Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements and arranging for services, as necessary.?Preparing and coordinating with the shipping documents making sure that the consignee details are correct.?Performing other logistics duties as requested?Confidentiality and strict compliance to company?Should be able to multitask and work independently and flexible with the working hours.?Bachelor?s degree in any Business Management related course?A minimum of 1 year experience in Documentation and Logistics field?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
