Logistics AssistantJob Location : UAE:?To Coordinate import, export and cross trade freight movements by sea, air and land.?Negotiate better freight terms with shipping lines, forwarders, airlines and transporting companies?Communication of shipping information to customers, suppliers and other departments?Track the complete freight movements until the goods are cleared and delivered at destinations?Prepare custom documents and liaison with authority?Preparing the necessary documents such as Export & import Customs Declarations, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate, Food Export Certificate, Invoice, Packing list etc. according to requirements?Follow up with suppliers for the import shipments and documents?Follow up with Dubai Customs & Dubai Municipality until the import & export cases finish.
