Role Purpose :Responsible for providing leadership, planning and execution of logistics services to our business in the GCC area in coordination with our business partner.Provide general administration for our branch office in Dubai Free Trade Zone and as coordinator with our HKG office on the daily office business. Job Duties :Build and manage the logistics operations process to maintain high level logistics services to our business.Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics from/to countries around the world.Liaise with our appointed 3PL and coordinate our HKG office & our business partner on logistics matters.Manage timely and accurate shipping documents processing and keep good record of shipment and stock information.Provide quality and timely customer services and professional advices for internal and external customers regarding logistics in the GCC region.Gather information and generate relevant reports to drive improvements in the logistics process and other areas of our business as required.Assist in the development and implementation of systems / tools to enhance alignment of processes with group standard.Manage logistics partners according to the agreed service level.General office administration and coordinate our HKG office on office administrative matters. Requirement :? Has strong attention to details with an analytical & systematic approach.? Able to work under pressure on multiple tasks with tight deadlines.? Enjoy the process of problem solving and with excellent communication skills.? Has solid experience in Logistics management and International trade processes.? Has proven track record in developing & executing supply chain & logistics processes to meet business needs.? Has trading or buying office experience a definite advantage.? Fluent in English and local languages.
