Job Description

Our Company is looking for a competent Logistics Specialist to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of the company and for overall supply chain management, you will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods, including organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods, should ensure smooth operations with maximum efficiency.Great communication and negotiation skills and well-versed in supply management principles and practices is a must. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

  • Manage, coordinate and monitor the end-to-end flow of the order process through the various warehouses through automated and non-automated system
  • Proactively solving challenges and problems that arise
  • The candidate should be well versed in the documentation of export LC, Shipping Terms in all modes of freights.
  • Coordinate and examine the supply chain operation and process accurately
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs efficiency.
  • Review measures to enhance compliance with internal SOPs, government regulatory requirements and legislations
