Position Title:Lobby Lounge WaitstaffEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 1.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty mealsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai

  • Show professionalism when it comes to presentation, neatness, courtesy, and service overall as an ambassador promoting the restaurant and hotel overall
  • Take customer?s requests, special orders into the kitchen ensuring we coordinate fully
  • Encourage customers to give feedback about the dining experience and suggests dessert or addonsas applicablewhile also listening to any complaints that patrons have and address them appropriatelyeven to call supervisor as requested
  • Prepare bill,process paymentswith cashierand thank the customerfor coming with the hope of seeing them again
