Job Description

Line Maintenance Manager (Aviation / Avionics/ IFE) - Dubai. eMagine are currently searching for an experienced manager with excellent customer relationship skills to work for a principal supplier in the Middle East. You will manage all on-board activities and maintenance teams (MRO). As you will be working for the OEM you should be an guru in planning maintenance, reliability and events. In Flight Entertainment exposure should include things such as crimpers, data loaders and bench loaders.You must have experience of working either at an airline or an MRO and delivering excellent service and high level technical expertise.

  • Managing supervisor activities and lead the line maintenance contractual and operational activities, ensuring all are agreed, implemented and performed as per GCAA rules and regulations. Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Allot maintenance tasks to the most suitable employees working in different shifts and ensure smooth operation of the organization.
  • Assign maintenance resolution tasks to the perfect team members after careful consideration of their skills and knowledge.
  • Plan swift resolution of faults and errors by delegating maintenance tasks in each shift.
