Security systems(Access/Intrusion).Mission:Preparing and filtering technical requests in the post sale phase for 1st level tech support.Functional descriptionTasks & Responsibilities

  • Filtering technical requests on Techsupport mailbox and prepare them for L1 Support
  1. Software maintenance- validate details.
  2. Customer orientation (direct partner, 2nd tier, end-user.
  3. Training certifications and competences of system installers.
  • Monitor overall incoming and outgoing communication (i.e.: calls, emails, forum posts, etc.) to assess and uphold the service quality
  • Create incident-ticket for all customers.
  • Contribute actively to process improvements
QualificationsBachelor or master degree,B-techAdditional InformationAdditional Information
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to work under pressure and self-initiative
  • Analytical and customer oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
