  • Offering legal advice to the organization which includes representing the organization in legal matters such meetings, hearings, contract signing.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Conducting legal research as needed by the business.
  • Organizing files and managing legal business documents
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that affect the organization.
