What you?ll be doing:????????? Serve as a lead counsel on strategic deals, resolving issues that may arise in existing commercial relationships, and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries????????? Draft, review, negotiate and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements, including third party agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, and marketing agreements????????? Provide advice to different departments on legal/regulatory issues and discuss with the legal and compliance department on new issues and organize product approvals????????? Extend legal support to different business units in relation to their operations and projects; including drafting agreements, advising on legal issues, and regulatory initiatives.????????? Develop and implement processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes????????? Actively participate in board meetings, shareholders and investor meetings;????????? Perform ad hoc research projects
