We are looking for Legal ManagerLegal ManagerA well-established Real estate development company in Dubai is looking for the following professional.Position for: Legal ManagerA reputed Real Estate Development company requires a person for the above position having experience and knowledge of making and understanding of MOU, agreements, related contracts, knowledge of company licensing structure and other related legal documents. Should have administrative capabilities with an understanding of accounting settlements and related matters. Must be graduate in related field/stream with minimum experience of 8-10 years, real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.Language required: Arabic (written and speaking skill is a must), English.? Should have exposure to visit and coordinate with different government departments (RERA, Dubai courts, Land department, Economic department, etc.).? Must be able to work professionally, absorbs work pressure, meeting deadlines, etc.? Should be transparent in communication with good communication skills and result-oriented.
