Role And Responsibilities

Working on all our legal issues, contracts, in UAE and KSA.
Working with the management team and ensuring we are legally limiting our liability and compliant in our workings
Reviewing all past contracts, be they sales contracts, employee contracts, and assisting us in case of legal cases.

Required Skills:

Arabic and English fluency and full understanding is a must
Legal know-how and experience in the regions of UAE and KSA is a must with over 3 years of related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word.
Understanding and hands-on experience with legal documents, cases, advising on legal matters.
Needs to be ready when problems arise or are ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
