Prepare, review and advise on oil trading contracts e.g., FOB, DAP, ITT, CFR etc. and commercial contracts and other legal matters, as required.
Advise, negotiate and resolve disputes in relation to trading, shipping and other businesses.
Provide legal services and support to Business/Service Units.
Maintain compliance with laws and internal regulations for the corporate entities, for trading and other businesses.
Monitor and keep abreast of any changes in the law and advise the Management on the impact of such on the business and operations, recommend strategies and solutions for compliance when necessary.
