Job Description

  • Work closely with the legal consultants and litigation teams
  • Has an extensive experience dealing with the Execution Cases of UAE Courts
  • Registering and Monitoring Execution cases in different systems and close-following its day-to-day procedures
  • Prepares Executions reports and the cases progress
  • Builds a positive and effective?results in Executions matters
  • Submission/collection of application & requests and timely processing of various legal documents.
  • Follow up all the Notifications and its Statement
  • Follow up the Public Notices and its Status
  • Knowledge on all Government official smart apps
  • Connected to the latest policies and procedures of UAE courts, government offices and legal entities
