The OpportunityEY is looking for an experienced generalist lawyer with good contracts experience to work with us in the in-house legal team supporting the MENA business. As the role will support multiple locations across the region, we welcome applicants from any of the MENA countries such as Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine, and the rest of the region.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Legal Counsel within EY, you will be a focal point of contact for delivering advice related to various legal issues which may include contracts, policies, procedures, mergers & acquisitions, master service agreements, tenders, ongoing projects within EY, and much more.Subsequently, you can expect to quickly become a trusted and reliable advisor to the firm as you work with colleagues across the MENA region?s business. As part of the in-house legal team, you will be reporting directly to the MENA General Counsel.
