Today, one of the most successful domestic restaurant holdings includes more than two dozen projects.Founded in 2010 by a Russian,Locations: Moscow, Sochi, Bodrum, Kostroma, Nur Sultan, DubaiOur client is looking to hire ahighly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of their business. You will safeguard their reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.Familiarities with all the legalities and processes needed by a new company.The successful candidate must have a minimum of3 years of restaurant businesses.Roles and responsibilities:

  • ?The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of exposure.
  • Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  • Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
  • Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
  • Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience with Corporate Practice (incorporation issues, drafting of incorporation agreements, investments agreements, etc.)
  • Experience with Contract work (Lease Agreements, Supplement agreements, Contracts, Services agreement, Technical service contracts, etc.), Negotiations
  • Experience in Claim work, drafting of requests, official letters, etc. (interaction with state authority, public and non-public funds, etc.)
  • Attending in checking?s, carried out by state authorities in the field, related with Restaurant business.
  • Working on IP issues (trade marks registration, license agreements)?
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Qualification required: Masters
  • Languages required: English, Russian?
