Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: ÿúReview, draft and negotiate large and complex licensing, subscription, SaaS, outsourcing agreements, distributor, reseller agreements, MSA?s for our customers in MEA, SEA and India.

  • Drafts, redlines and responds to RFI?s, RFP?s, RFQ?s or customer terms & conditions.
  • Identifies business objectives of Azentio for Licensing, Subscription, SaaS, Subcontracts, Amendments, AMC, CR?s and facilitates risk mitigation.
  • Maintains deep understanding of Azentio?s contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability and Azentio?s positions on various matters.
  • Prepare contracts for internal review, approvals and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations.
  • Translates complex commercial/legal scenarios into simple language and action plans.
