Legal Counsel - CorporateLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Market relatedÿOur client is a leading management consulting and training company in the UAE.ÿAs a result of bringing their legal responsibilities in-house, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with general legal knowledge and experience from within the UAE and abroad.ÿKey responsibilities are to assist in bringing in all aspects of corporate legal matters in-house and reducing growing costs to vendors, while increasing knowledge and support for the group overall.ÿ<b>Responsibilities</b>Assist in providing knowledge and skills with regards to General and Intellectual Property contract law and other legal matters. ÿProvide legal assistance to the team both in the UAE and countries of presence.Corporate Legal, compliance and tax / transfer pricing / Intellectual propertyAssist and advise the clients on legal, compliance and tax/IP rules and processes.úÿRequirements<b>Requirements:</b>Minimum of 7 years experience in Corporate legal mattersExperience in the UAE preferred.Ability to resolve matters internally without frequently seeking external advice on legal matters.Experience both general and IP / contract lawPossess excellent communication skills in EnglishHigh level of Interpersonal skillsÿ
