Coordinate and manage contract drafting activities in a wide variety of areas, including services agreement, content creation agreements, film director agreeements, creative services agreements, celebrity/influencer agreements, technology agreements, advertising services agreements, sponsorship agreements, etc.
Review contractual arrangemetns to ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and and governmental standards
Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents against to the established playbooks, negotiation authority, and applicable law
Manage and assist in the negotiation of agreemets ensuring compliance with risk parameters, proper approvals obtained with respect to devations from standard provisions, and providing alternative solutions to contract terms and conditions
Assist in developing tstandard legal terms, conditions, agreements, contracts templates and intellectual property licenses
Assist in the implementation of corporate governance requirements
Assist in advising senior management and internal corporate departments on potential disputes, provide legal opinions with respect to such disputes, and manage the dispute and settlement process, including negotiations and managing counsel
Assist in providing support to resolve of disptues, develop memos and reports to inform and advice senior management
Present status reports on active and closed disputes to senior management
Assist with respect to intellectual property matters and training business units and on intellectual property issues
Assist in the review the documentation developed to apply for and/or renew intellectual property related trademarks/licenses
