One of the largest FMCG, food production and distribution companies is looking for a talented corporate counsel general to handle all its legal transactions, shareholder affairs, prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial for court proceedings, review legal issues related to new products, services and commercial agreements and manage legal projects. Candidate's principal goal and will be to ensure that all groups' transactions comply with UAE governing laws and regulations.Duties will include providing legal advice to the group, consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as companies' conversion, mergers, compliance issues, commercial transactions and lawsuits. The successful candidate must have outstanding negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.Requirements : > Minimum Bachelor degree in law from a recognized university.> Have a recognized BAR qualification.> A minimum of 7 Years' experience in a law firm or in-house with a group.> Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.> Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
