Key Responsibilities:? Legal Compliance & Advisory: Ensure compliance with UAE laws, DLD, RERA, and corporate regulations. Provide legal counsel on real estate, corporate, and business matters.? Contract & Documentation Management: Draft, review, and oversee corporate, real estate, and vendor contracts to protect company interests.? Dispute Resolution & Risk Management: Handle legal disputes, manage client complaints, and liaise with external legal counsel when needed.? Regulatory & Government Representation: Act as the company?s legal representative for DLD, RERA, MOHRE, and Dubai Courts. Manage regulatory filings, licensing, and approvals.? AML (Anti Money Laundering) Compliance: Serve as the AML Compliance Officer, overseeing transaction monitoring, risk assessments, and suspicious activity reporting in compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations.? Internal Legal Compliance & Policies: Develop and enforce company legal policies, conduct internal audits, and ensure all legal procedures are aligned with UAE labor laws.? Employee Training & Development: Develop and conduct legal training sessions for employees on compliance, contract obligations, and dispute handling.
