  • Maintain reports and updates on contracts and legal cases.
  • Attend meetings, including but not limited to expert meetings and arbitration.
  • Provide guidance and advice on legal policy and legislative issues.
  • Prepare legal pleadings, briefs, memorandums, and contracts.
  • Identify, resolve, and consult on a wide range of employment, sales, leasing, compliance, litigation, contracts and other legal or operational issues while focusing on company needs and priorities.
