Job Description

Position Title: Legal & Compliance ExecutiveEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits: as per UAE Labor Law Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client:

  • Coordinating with the group lawyers to provide effective advice to the Group Compliance Manager & subsidiary managers on the relevant law related matters (e.g. UAE Commercial Business Law, Labour law, etc.).
  • Ensuring to coordinate on regular basis with the Group Compliance Manager and/or subsidiary managers up to date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the company.
  • Drafting & reviewing of any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.) of the company and its subsidiaries by coordinating with the retained lawyers in compliance with the UAE law & regulations upon receiving approval from Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
  • Creating and managing effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
