We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Associate to support a UK Law firm?s back office based in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist in legal matters related to asylum, human rights, and immigration bail matters, liaising with the Home Office, Tribunals, and Barristers Chambers on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities:?Provide legal support and drafting documents (bail grounds and prepare bundles for the tribunal hearings) for appeals and bail-related matters. ?Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare brief to the counsel. ?Liaise effectively with the Home Office, Tribunals, and Barristers Chambers in the UK.?Collaborate closely with the firms legal team to ensure efficient case management.?Draft legal documents with precision and clarity.Additional Information:?Training: Full training on relevant UK laws, policies, and procedures will be provided.?Working Hours: 12:30 PM to 8:20 PM UAE time (aligned with UK office hours).Benefits:?Competitive salary based on experience.?Opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.?Hands-on experience with UK legal procedures and case management.
