Legal Advisor / Compliance OfficerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Review, draft, and enhance all external agreements including:•Landlord management contracts•Vendor agreements•Partnership MOUs•Real estate brokerage contracts•Service contracts (fit-out, pest control, etc.)•Ensure all clauses protect company interests and comply with UAE law and DTCM guidelines•Flag and resolve risks in all client touchpoints, particularly clauses related to cancellations, liabilities, deposits, guest disputes, and damages•Develop, maintain, and monitor compliance with:•Local laws and regulations (DLD, DTCM, DED, Trakhees, DM, etc.)•Employment and labor laws (in coordination with HR)•Advertising, privacy, and e-commerce rules (as applicable to our platforms)•Audit internal processes to ensure legal compliance in daily operations•Draft and update internal compliance manuals, policies, SOPs, and legal disclaimers•Coordinate with external legal consultants/law firms where needed•Vet every new landlord/property agreement/documents for potential legal issues•Monitor guest-related incidents or escalations and advise on response strategies•Review and approve legal statements used in reservation T&Cs, website disclaimers, invoices, guest policies, etc.•Assist in handling legal warnings, complaints, or disputes from landlords, guests, or government entities•Maintain a centralized repository of all legal documents•Track agreement expiry dates, renewal terms, and notice periods•Ensure Arabic translation of legal documents (as required by authorities)•Support licensing, renewal, and regulatory submissionsRequirements :•Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); UAE law focus preferred•Member of a recognized legal body in UAE or home country is a plus•3–6 years in a Legal or Compliance role, preferably in UAE-based companies•Experience in real estate, hospitality, or facility management is highly preferred•Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)•Excellent legal writing and contract drafting skills•Strong knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, labour, and real estate law•Ability to review, interpret, and explain legal documents to non-legal teams•High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
