Legal Advisor / Compliance OfficerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :昍eview, draft, and enhance all external agreements including:昄andlord management contracts昖endor agreements昉artnership MOUs昍eal estate brokerage contracts昐ervice contracts (fit-out, pest control, etc.)旹nsure all clauses protect company interests and comply with UAE law and DTCM guidelines旻lag and resolve risks in all client touchpoints, particularly clauses related to cancellations, liabilities, deposits, guest disputes, and damages旸evelop, maintain, and monitor compliance with:昄ocal laws and regulations (DLD, DTCM, DED, Trakhees, DM, etc.)旹mployment and labor laws (in coordination with HR)旳dvertising, privacy, and e-commerce rules (as applicable to our platforms)旳udit internal processes to ensure legal compliance in daily operations旸raft and update internal compliance manuals, policies, SOPs, and legal disclaimers旵oordinate with external legal consultants/law firms where needed昖et every new landlord/property agreement/documents for potential legal issues昅onitor guest-related incidents or escalations and advise on response strategies昍eview and approve legal statements used in reservation T&Cs, website disclaimers, invoices, guest policies, etc.旳ssist in handling legal warnings, complaints, or disputes from landlords, guests, or government entities昅aintain a centralized repository of all legal documents昑rack agreement expiry dates, renewal terms, and notice periods旹nsure Arabic translation of legal documents (as required by authorities)昐upport licensing, renewal, and regulatory submissionsRequirements :旴achelor抯 degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); UAE law focus preferred昅ember of a recognized legal body in UAE or home country is a plus𠖴 years in a Legal or Compliance role, preferably in UAE-based companies旹xperience in real estate, hospitality, or facility management is highly preferred旻luency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)旹xcellent legal writing and contract drafting skills昐trong knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, labour, and real estate law旳bility to review, interpret, and explain legal documents to non-legal teams旽igh attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
