Job Description

Position Title: Legal AdvisorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits: as per UAE Labor LawJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading interior design firms in Dubai.

  • Assist in researching laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the company?s operations. Provide preliminary legal advice to internal teams and departments under the supervision of senior legal advisors.
  • Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, memorandums, and other legal documents in both English and Arabic. Ensure accuracy and clarity in both languages.
  • Help monitor and ensure the company?s compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including labor law, corporate law, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies for various legal filings, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
