Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position shall perform a variety of tasks and assist senior lawyers in gathering information to advise clients on their legal transactions and responsibilities in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.?Responsibilities:

  • Review, amend and draft various contracts, such as Merchant Agreement, Employment Contract, SPA, Terms and Conditions of Sale, Website Privacy Policy, etc.
  • Draft legal notice and legal opinion.
  • Assist in the incorporation of companies in different jurisdictions (DMCC, JAFZA and DED) by preparing the required documents and submitting it to the concerned authorities.
  • Handle legal due diligence audits for corporate mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in the restructure, liquidation and amendment of companies in different jurisdictions in UAE.
  • Draft articles for publication.
  • Process requirements for obtaining visas for employees and investors.
  • Translate legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
  • Do research and write briefs on laws, decrees, and court judgements.
  • Perform other duties assigned or required from time to time.
