Leasing OfficerJob Location : Dubai, UAERequirements:•Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate leasing market, RERA regulations, and tenancy laws•Excellent negotiation and closing skills•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities•Well-presented, confident, and professional demeanor•Fluent in English (Arabic/other languages are a plus)•Proficient in MS Office & CRM software•Valid UAE driving license preferredRole & Responsibilities:•Handle leasing inquiries, viewings, and client follow-ups•Negotiate lease terms and prepare necessary documentation•Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction•Coordinate with landlords and tenants for smooth leasing transactions•Achieve monthly leasing targetsPay: AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
