Job Description

  • Sourcing tenants leads from the existing clients and the market as well
  • Sourcing the right prospect from the real estate market and convert them to a tenant
  • Contact the daily assigned leads by the company
  • Maintain a proper follow-up on the existing leads by creating future date activities and reminders
  • Responsible for move out process of non-renewal and early termination leases
  • Execute strategic plans to improve tenant relationship and to develop networking and contact withpotential tenants
  • Represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times
