We are a leading top notch F&B company which currently own and operate 100 plus restaurants across the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Today we employ a workforce of over 1000 employees stationed across these territories.We are in the search of a Leasing Manager for our brand in UAE region.Ensure all existing locations are reviewed and negotiated as per the expiry terms of the contracts. Identify risks to the portfolio where exit strategy is required to maintain the correct commercials deal. Manage direct report to ensure all admin tasks (Ejari / Payments / lease signatures etc) are completed within the correct timeframes. Manage relationships with Landlords to be the first brand thought of in new developments. Establish a pipeline of new openings gaining approval from CEO/CFO to ensure new location opening targets are met.Key Outputs:All existing leases are renewed with reductions from previous contract .Risk locations are exited without penalty as per the contract, with alternate options identified and presented. All admin tasks are completed meaning no fines issued for expired documents and payments receive by landlord within the required timeframe. New locations are agreed and approved in timeframe to achieve budgeted opening with highlighted areas of opportunities for future locations.
