Job Description

Be responsible for leasing properties provided by the Company or sourced from your own contacts, as well as managing and supervising the rental team. You will have to ensure the sales plan is followed by your team as per agreed written objectives set by the company.Leading leasing team performance by:

  • Maintaining and enhancing the quality of property viewings
  • Creating and increasing volumes of rental stock
  • Interacting with landlords and ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring consistently high standards by every agent, including accuracy of documents and filing
  • Ensuring quality advertising and marketing campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Team
  • Managing regular property maintenance and property inspections to ensure the highest standards
  • Performing at the highest standards to deliver a brilliant client experience and company results
  • Ability to produce sales and marketing presentations and pitch decks
