Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting the manager and management on leasing matters.
Record keeping and maintaining files: ensure accurate filing of all information, documents and agreements.
Tracking and ensuring that all the renewals have been completed on a timely basis.
Tracking & issuance of a lease agreement and EJARI.
Rental and other payments: preparing cheque request and coordinate with finance and ensure that all payments as per the lease agreements are processed on time and disbursed accordingly.
Reports: to provide timely reports to the Management by generating, developing and preparing reports.
Excellent mail communication.
Maintaining a cordial relationship with landlords.
Coordination with various departments.
Attending to in-house queries on leasing from retail and other departments
