Job Description

Job requirements;

  • Generating new business using the client database
  • Conducting market appraisals/valuations
  • Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising
  • Matching clients to specific properties
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord.
  • Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
  • Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
  • Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
Renumeration;
  • Real estate licence (RERA)
  • Visa and medical insurance
  • Market leading basic salary!! < thats right a basic salary
  • Commission upto 65% (uncapped)
  • Yearly OTE of ?100k+
  • Monthly incentives < New shoes? New iPad? A Holiday?
  • 36 days holiday per year including 14 days at Christmas < WOW

  • Driving license essential
  • Languages - English compulsory written and spoken to European standards
  • Arabic / French / Spanish speaking is a bonus
