Job Description

The First Group is currently seeking for a dynamic Learning and Development Intern who strives and survives working in team supporting the L&D department throughout various projects and tasks and providing creative learning solutions to our employees.During the internship period, the L&D Intern will be exposed to the following aspects:Classroom trainings

  • Designing the training content using
  • Scheduling and coordination of training classes including creation of training calendar.
  • Ensuring Classroom trainings are logged and completed, tracking employee sign-ups and preparation of materials including certificates of completions.
  • Development and communication of training announcements.
e-learning Trainings:
  • Support in designing of e-learning materials using authoring tools: Articulate studio (Rise and Storyline).
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices is an advantage
  • Analytical approach to work
  • A passion to develop self and other
