POSITION SNAPSHOTLocation: Dubai- UAE Function: Learning & Capabilities Development Full-time POSITION SUMMARYAn excellent opportunity to has arisen to join our Talent team. As Learning and Development Specialist you will take a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within Nestle and determining what training is needed to grow and retain our talent. Working with business leaders across MENA you will develops effective Training solutions that contribute to the overall people & business objectives. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Design & build modern learning & capability development interventionsutilizing digital & advanced learning solutions based on the regional needs & in alignment with the Market Learning and Development Manager.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors & benchmark offerings across the region, working closely with cluster learning & development team.
  • Deliver advanced learning solutions leveraging SMEs and external vendors for Leadership, Functional, Compliance & Mandatory Trainings in Collaboration with the overall learning & Capability development team across MENA.
  • Ensure compliance with all learning & development mandates.
  • Responsible for the capability building of MENA Head office team.
  • Part of the regional community of Nestl Trainers.
  • Implementation of the global/regional L&D portfolio across the region.
  • Drive & support Functional competency development rollout plans.
  • Coach and Train the local SMEs/Trainers: for the execution of effective and impactful learning sessions.
  • Develops & maintains effective working relationships across the market Learning & development network and with the business stakeholders.
  • Share best practices & learning solutions with Market Learning and Development network to enrich MENA offerings, enhancing quality and competitiveness.
What will make you successful
    • From 3 to 5 years of experiencein thefacilitation andthe delivery of innovative learning sessions to multiple targets of learners, application of modern learning solutions and technologies.
    • Knowledge of Learning & Capability development frameworks, tools, processes and digital tools.
    • High Business acumen and ability to translate strategies into business.
    • Data driven mindset, innovative thinking and high level of learning agility.
    • Curiosity & ability to external benchmark for best practices.
    • FMCG experience is a plus
    • Experience in digital transformation from L&D perspective is a plus
