? Oversee and maintain the Learning and Development activities to ensure organizational training needs identified by HODs and line managers are satisfied as far as possible.? Design and deliver high quality engaging training packages as required for all dans employees.? Manage Learning and Development budget.? Coordinate with all dans department HoDs to design Personal Development Plan for their employees that fit the career path.? Coordinate cooperate training sessions logistically with all dans departments.? Conduct training needs analysis across dans units to identify and monitor the professional development requirements on both organisational and personal levels.? Coordinate with employees? relations section in the distribution, Gathering and analysing midyear and end of year PMR from all dans departments.? Manage the SDG Learning Management System.? Research and suggest 3rd party providers for Learning and development.? Manage all internships requests from all universities and coordinate with internal departments accordingly.Knowledge & Experience:? Minimum 3 years in the learning and development field.? Minimum a Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university preferable.? Further studies and / or qualifications relevant to training, learning and development.? Minimum 2 year demonstrated training course development, design and delivery? Comprehensive knowledge of Air Navigation Services, procedures, standards and training? Fluency in written and spoken English is essential? Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills? Customer service, influencing and negotiation skills? Initiative and commitment to achieve results ? Computer literacy with MS office packages skillsSkills:? Focused individual with the ability to work in a self-sufficient manner;? Ability to work collaboratively, working closely with the other Human Capital teams to ensure joined-up delivery;? Customer focus with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
