The LDSC Manager will be responsible to lead, drive and manage operational plans and service delivery efficiencies like planning of resource and vehicle allocation, improve customer experience, analyse business data and dashboards, monitor quality, accuracy, and consistency of dispatch plan versus actual route performance, Manage client relationship and complaints.?This role requires high working knowledge on advance systems such as SAP, DMS, Ramco, Oracle and Salesforce.
