Job Description

Location: Business Bay, DubaiCompany: Helping Hands LaundryAbout Us: Helping Hands is a fully-equipped laundry business dedicated to delivering high-quality laundry services in Dubai. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. As such we provide a transparent process from pick up to delivery to each of our customers. We are a small team of less than 10, and we serve both retail customers and businesses, including spas and salons. We mainly serve within locations in Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Meydan.Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated female candidate who is fluent in English to join our laundry team as an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all laundry and front desk operations, managing customer inquiries and orders, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow in our day-to-day operations.˙Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer queries in English via telephone, WhatsApp or walk-in setting promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  2. Take new orders and plan pick-ups and deliveries according to requested services.
  3. Manage the staff by monitoring their attendance, monitoring their daily tasks and planning their schedules.
  4. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal ERP system. This includes data management related to orders and transactions, customer details, expenses, payments and receipts.
  5. Share daily reports generated via our ERP system with the management team
  6. Coordinate with laundry staff to ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders.
  7. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  8. Maintain cleanliness in the laundry space including the front desk area and lobby.
  9. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service and operational efficiency.
