Inspects the construction of irrigation and landscape improvements and knowledge of plants material identification and pest & disease control measures
Issues correction notices to contractors/developers to correct deficiencies found during inspections. Ensures deficiencies are corrected prior to acceptance of the work; issues correction notices and deficiency notices.
Monitors irrigation systems.
Reviews, corrects and ensures completeness of landscape plan submittals and as-built plans.
Maintains records of inspection work.
Performs other related work as required.
Document nonconformance to specifications, codes, and standards, and may be asked to participate in determining appropriate resolution.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with various stakeholders will be required.
