Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client consultations to address any questions, clarify project requirements, and provide cost-related guidance.
Bachelors degree in related field
Must have strong skills in use of QS, bidding and cost estimation, focusing on Landscaping.
Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision making abilities.
