Landscape DraftsmanJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesMajor Responsibilities:•Prepare landscape design drawings, technical plans, and layouts for residential, commercial, and public spaces.•Work closely with landscape architects and project managers to understand design concepts and client requirements.•Create detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings and technical documents.•Ensure that all designs adhere to local regulations, codes, and environmental standards.•Revise and update drawings based on feedback from clients or design teams.•Provide support during the project’s implementation phase to ensure accurate construction.•Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs.Qualifications :•Proven experience as a Landscape Draftsman or similar role.•Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.•Strong understanding of landscape design principles, horticulture, and construction techniques.•Knowledge of local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.•A degree or certification in Landscape Architecture, Drafting•License holder will be a plus.Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
